The Natural Lift Facial Massage. I attended this course on the 6/5/2018 with Liz Knight. The course is broken down in to easy to follow steps, combined with a great learning manual and I purchased the dvd. I learnt so much in just 1 day, so impressed with Liz and her ability to break down the routine so it can be easily followed. The day was amazing from start to finish, Liz is extremely knowledgable about all things Holistic, and answered all of my questions, and gave me loads of new info about other courses and tips for the future of my business.
