Ali was absolutely incredible—extremely knowledgeable, supportive, genuinely caring and good craic. He was always available to help, even outside of class hours, and consistently motivated us to do our best. I truly loved taking the ITEC Level 3 Sports Massage course; it was an amazing experience that has inspired me to keep learning and growing every day. I'm definitely interested in pursuing the Level 4 course in the future.

Really enjoyed this course giving by Amy in Edinburgh. The course was engaging with good hands-on practice and well-explained techniques. Amy was an excellent teacher who was very practical and attentive, and along with constant feedback, pointers, repetition, and recapping, I felt encouraged and at ease throughout the course.
I completed the Manual Lymphatic Drainage Course with Alison and I came away buzzing from such a wonderful day of training. Alison has such a lovely warmth about her and instantly makes any anxieties melt away. The environment was lovely and relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. Alison is an expert in her field and it was an honour to spend the day learning from her. I am looking forward to offering this new powerful technique within my practice. I would highly recommend.
