Very good. Explained things well and went through the details of contra-indications etc as well to ensure well all understood them. Sital was thorough with the teaching of the routine ensuring we all had chance to learn the different moves before continuing. Very pleased.

Yes the course was good and in the new year if there are any courses I want to do I will probably check Gateway first to see if you do one.

Really enjoyed the last course I did with Gateway and location. I live in Cornwall and finding a good course locally is a nightmare!! Yeovil is about 1 1/2 hours away so manageable for the day.

Cathy was professional, very well informed and a pleasure to work with. The group was small but everyone got on well and felt well supported. It was a thoroughly worthwhile day all round. Thank you.

Due to the size of the group we were at Cathy's home and it was perfect. It was a good space for the four participants and felt very warm and welcoming but with the right degree of porcfrssionalism.

Very good. LOts of information prersented well. Personally I found the drawings =easy to follow and better than photographs.
