I really enjoyed the course and found it very useful. Was impressed with the quality throughout as it was cheaper than a lot of others I looked at. I will definitely be doing a course with gateway again.

I attended the course on Abbeville road at the awareness centre. The venue was very nice but the room was quite small and got extremely hot during the day.

No but it was a problem with the email and as soon as I called the problem was rectified. Yes.

Some manuals include simple hand drawings - we are sometimes asked why did we not provide photos instead?

We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.

Yes, overall the manual is good, I liked that there are consultation forms etc included, however the picture diagrams were somewhat confusing, perhaps more clear diagrams would be useful.

I found the course very enjoyable. The small class size allowed me to ask questions about anything I didn't understand. This is a very informal relaxed way of learning that allows you to learn comfortably at a pace that isn't too rushed, I didn't believe that I could feel so knowledgable after one day - but I do! I would recommend using Gateway to anybody who is thinking of extending training to an existing or thinking of starting a new career.

I was encouraged to attend Gateway due to the small class members as I felt it would be easier to take in if it wasn't a large classroom environment. After the 1st course I attended I loved it so much I knew I'd be back again.
