We are located between Brighton station car park and London Road, very near to the large Sainsbury's. It is very centrally located, and ideal for local Brighton residents to walk or cycle to.
Arriving by car
For driving directions, the RAC and AA have route finder services online, or visit www.mapquest.com, click on driving directions, and enter your own postcode and the postcode of the training and therapy rooms (BN1 4ZE).
There is ample parking around the BHT therapy rooms. The nearest car parks are:
Brighton station: £2 for two hours, £4 for four hours.
Sainsbury’s: £2 for two hours - or free for two hours if you spend £10 in store.
Trafalgar Street: £2.50 for two hours, £4 for four hours, £6 for six hours
Please note this car park is currently accessed from Whitecross Street only, and the Blackman Street entrance is closed until further notice.

Arriving by train
Our training venue is just five minutes' walk from Brighton station, which has excellent rail connections all over the country, particularly London and the Southeast. Trains from London Victoria to Brighton station take approximately 50 minutes, depending on time of day and train selected.
