Sital is a fantastic teacher & overall just a beautiful, caring person!. Her warm aura is very welcoming & highly calming.Sital has an extensive track record of knowledge, & expertise.. I throughly enjoy all her classes as she is so engaging, I felt well informed. Sital has the ability to champion you through a course even if your doubting your ability to complete the course,I found myself becoming increasingly confident throughout the day as she remains very patient and reassuring. I find her teaching style to be very favourable, when your given on the spot feedback it’s relayed back to you without you feeling belittled.
