Sue's course is excellent. The day was packed with information. She is great at teaching. All the group got involved and gelled quickly because of her teaching method. It was really enjoyable. The location is lovely and is easy to get to. We had just the right amount of breaks. The day just flowed so well. The manual we were given has lots of information to take away. We were sent a link the next day for online access to other meditations. It was beyond my expectations. Thanks Sue for starting me on a new journey.
