I have always been interested in the human body so I went on and studied my BSc Honours Degree in Sport Rehabilitation at St Mary's University College. Throughout my studies I qualified in Level 4 Sport Massage I was then able to help out at sporting events such as the London & Brighton Marathons as well as the London Moon Walk. I have gained a variety of work within different sports clubs and clinics including Harley Street, London. My main focus now is with the general public helping occupational injuries and complaints to allow people to live life to the full and pain free.
In 2013 I realised I needed something else to go alongside my Sport Rehabilitation and Sport Massage work and qualified as a Level 3 Pilates Instructor which co-insides with my other work beautifully. When I went on maternity leave with my son in late 2013 I took some time away from the hands on work. I have integrated back into a clinic setting to see my clients as well as teaching.
When the opportunity came about for me to work for Gateway, as a tutor, it was a possibility I was unable to refuse - I want to spread my knowledge and enthusiasm for the industry and cannot think of a better way to do so!
