I recently attended the Natural Lift Facial Massage with Sam Dale Hastings and it was amazing. I was really nervous beforehand and wondered if it would be something that I would be able to grasp but Sam was so helpful, friendly and made me feel instantly comfortable. She was brilliant at explaining and guiding us through the routine and I felt extremely confident afterwards. We were also given a very comprehensive manual to take away which I have been referring to afterwards. This was my first gateway course and I can't recommend it enough, it certainly won't be my last. Big thanks to Sam for the kindness and support she gave on the day, it was very much appreciated.

I had the most enjoyable day completing Reiki/Seichem L1&2 training with Emma Pymm. There was an extensive handbook to accompany the training, the tutor, Emma, was excellent and the small group size allowed for plenty of time to ask questions and for practice. I left feeling confident that I will be able to put my training into practice and offer professional treatments going forward. Would highly recommend.
