You Will Learn
Through in-depth demonstration and practise, techniques will be taught to deal with common ailments such as headaches, pre-menstrual tension, cervical spondylitis and frozen shoulder. The Supine and Prone positions will be taught, advancing to the Sitting position.
Students will learn how effective a sitting position can be to cure such ailments. Students will be taught to work with different body types, using their own body weight to exert pressure and manipulate to an appropriate level of resistance. Techniques including breath and movement will also be taught for releasing muscle tightness and emotional imbalance. A more in-depth understanding will leave one feeling able to work more specific in certain areas and for certain ailments.
