I recently completed the Advanced and Deep tissue massage course and was thoroughly impressed by both the quality of the instruction and the range of techniques demonstrated by my tutor.
Alison created a welcoming, professional learning environment and explained each concept. The depth of her knowledge was amazing and with helpful tips throughout that made complex techniques easy to understand.
Each technique was broken down step-by-step, with clear guidance on body mechanics, pressure control and how to adapt movements for different client needs.
By the end of the course, I felt more confident in delivering effective deep tissue treatments and understanding when and how to use specific methods.
I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to advance their massage therapy skills.

A great, well-taught course that made Brazilian MLD easy to understand and apply. The instructor was supportive, the techniques were effective, and I left feeling confident and ready to use them in practice. Plus I got a 2hr treatment which was a very welcome bonus! Highly recommend.
I thought this workshop was throughly comprehensive. There was a lot to learn but al achieved during the time we were on the course. Nicola Ashby was a great teacher who guided us really well with patience.
