I really enjoyed the MLD course with Karen Hastings, the course was brilliant and I have been taught everything I need to provide this useful treatment, ( I definitely felt the benefits of it myself) and of course I have the amazing manual as a back up for my memory.
Karen is an excellent teacher, with her great depth of knowledge she relayed all the theory in an interesting and easy to understand manner.
Her practical demonstrations were brilliant enabling us to confidently start straight away. Karen was very attentive and ensured we learnt the techniques properly.

I attended Maxine’s Sound Healing course at The Gateway in Sherborne at the beginning of September, and I honestly cannot recommend it enough! The course was absolutely amazing, and Maxine was fantastic at sharing her knowledge and passion for sound healing.
Originally, I mainly wanted to learn sound healing to incorporate into my 1-2-1 treatments with my clients, but the course has inspired me to push myself out of my comfort zone and start running sound bath sessions too, which I absolutely love!
I’ve been running free sessions for family, friends and regular clients to build my confidence and experience, and next week I’m holding my first paid session. I’m already fully booked every week for the next four weeks, which is something I never imagined when I first started the course!
