I have over 10 years’ experience in administration, customer service and business support across hospitality, retail and professional services, both office-based and remotely.

I support Gateway Workshops by responding to student enquiries, managing emails and ensuring all admin is kept organised and up to date. I enjoy providing friendly, clear and helpful responses and making sure students feel supported throughout their booking journey.

I’m highly organised, detail-focused and confident working independently, while also working closely with the wider team to ensure a smooth and efficient service. My role allows tutors to focus on what they do best, while I help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
