I began my career in 1997 at one of the country’s leading spas, before moving to a country club. I was privileged to train with some of the leading skincare and spa brands in both settings.

During this time, I discovered a love for imparting knowledge and ensuring therapists are trained to exceptional industry standards. This led me to start my teaching journey in 2002 in Further Education, teaching beauty therapy, media makeup and sports massage, where I stayed until 2020.

Since 2020, I have run my own massage and holistic therapies business as well as keeping my hand in the education arena, by assessing apprentices and conducting quality assurance assessments for colleges and private providers.

After completing a Gateway Workshops course in 2023 and signing up for the free newsletter, I was excited to see the opportunity to become a tutor for them in Leicester, so that I can train and support other therapists on their journeys through this amazing industry.
