Having always had a desire to travel and integrate within other cultures, once my degree was finished I was off! There was no question about where my first stop would be, Asia had always appealed with its calm and friendly existence and interest in holistic well being.

Thailand became my first learning platform. Having had many holistic treatments myself, I began to learn from this and spent time learning massage techniques and a whole person approach to health. Also, teaching English as Foreign language to Thai children and adults not only allowed me to love this culture even more, but also sparked the first fires of a love for teaching and sharing knowledge.

Moving back to the UK for a while enabled me to gather further teaching qualifications and then take my skills to another area of the world that has held some interest – the Middle East! Teaching here not only allowed me to further develop my planning, assessment, classroom management, differentiation, leadership and coaching skills, but also widen my interest in massage and teaching these techniques.

With 20 years teaching experience, a wealth of cultural experience, massage and holistic skills, an interest in treating the whole person and a desire to use my qualifications in coaching, I arrived back home. The experiences I have had have led me to where I am now and my desire to share this is where my future path lies.
