I’m passionate about supporting people to uncover their gifts, purpose, and potential in a way that feels safe, gentle, and aligned with who they are. I hold a BSc Hons in Integrative Health, an HND in Swedish Massage, and an HND in Anatomy and Physiology, and I am a trained Health and Wellness Coach. My work is also deeply informed by my love of spirituality, which underpins the holistic approach I bring to teaching and mentoring.
I have been in the health and wellness industry since 2005 and have owned five award-winning clinics across Scotland, giving me extensive hands-on experience in both client care and business leadership. Over the years, I’ve trained extensively in modalities such as Deep Tissue Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, and advanced ESPA body treatments, as well as connective tissue and myofascial release techniques. My experience spans both practical, hands-on therapies and guiding people through their personal growth journeys.
I am also passionate about supporting therapists to navigate the new Era 3 shift in healthcare, as I strongly believe that our industry is key to the future of holistic, patient-centered care.
As a Gateway tutor, I focus on creating an environment that feels supportive and aligned, helping students explore their potential and navigate their learning with confidence and understanding. I believe in answering every question, providing warmth and insight, and fostering a space where curiosity and self-discovery can flourish.
I’m excited to guide students through each stage of their journey, helping them uncover their unique strengths, deepen their understanding, and step into their purpose fully.
Tutor Feedback
Sam is incredibly knowledgeable and delivers the training in such a calm, supportive way that makes the whole subject feel approachable and empowering. I left feeling much more confident in how to safely adapt treatments and support clients going through or recovering from cancer. A really valuable and inspiring course, highly recommended.
