Absolutely superb from start to finish, I learnt well with Sital, very informative and kept my attention. I plan on booking another course with Sital, to gain more experience and confidence. I feel priviledged to have spent the day and been taught by her. Conversation and explanations flowed well all day, plus lovely ladies on the course too.

The course was exceptionally well organised, and Beth’s teaching style was outstanding. The routine she demonstrated was easy to follow, and she offered plenty of support throughout. The atmosphere was friendly and interactive, and we had a lot of fun with the quizzes and games. The A&P content and revision notes were also excellent and proved incredibly helpful during exam preparation.
Loved every second of the body cupping course. Laura was an excellent tutor, guiding us through the techniques and supporting us where we needed it. Can’t wait for my next course!
