ITEC issue an internationally recognised government body qualification, which is accepted by the other bodies like FHT, CTHA, etc.

These other professional bodies are not required to accredit an ITEC course as they already offer a government passed qualification, they all already accept and recognise this qualification so if you are with one of these professional bodies for your insurance you can add this training to it.

The following professional bodies below are just some (there are many more) who accept and recognise this qualification for insurance purposes, so that you can use this professionally as a self- employed therapist or a professional full time therapist working in a hotel or salon in the UK or overseas.

No. For this course you will need to have completed a Level 3 in Sports Massage, this is a necessary requirement as the Level 4 course builds on the content and fundamentals taught on the Level 3 Sports Massage course.

In Level 3 students cover the fundamentals of sports massage, stretching and anatomy. At Level 4 students should expect to learn about advanced and specific techniques, pathologies and anatomy to help them be confident when delivering high level massages to clients. Students can also expect to learn about special tests on the Level 4 which will help them assess clients who have certain pathologies.

After completing a Level 5 in Sports Massage students have the opportunity to go on and work in clinical settings, including gyms, sports injury clinics, private practice, and sports clubs and can further their learning with a Level 5 in Sports Massage.

The course consists of practical and theory sessions. The theory sessions are delivered to help students understand key topics relevant to sports massage, pathologies and modalities to aid soft tissue repair. This is then put into practice during practical sessions allowing students to have a hands-on experience at learning.

When you book a course with us, we take the deposit for the course (we do not take the full payment) then once you have booked, your details are sent directly to the tutor and they will contact you with regard to the balance.

Payment Instalments Available on Courses, to Help you Budget.

The tutor will be in touch once you pay your deposit and book to easily arrange this with you.

You will have a choice to pay the balance straight away or it can be paid in instalments.

You do not need an account to set up a payment plan, your course tutor will be happy to discuss the instalment payment options when you book - they are there to help you and can discuss all the options available to you as soon as you have booked.

You will receive a confirmation email from the tutor once you have booked and within this email it will give you the information you require so you can pay the balance directly to your tutor.

The balance, it can be split out over 3- 4 monthly interest free instalments, whilst you are learning to make it easily affordable. The two credit or debit card instalment options are with Clear Pay or with PayPal and both are available and offer the same.

Alternatively you can do 4 instalment payment options into the tutors bank account as well - plenty of options all tutors offer the same. We have been doing this for over 20 years and it works really well.

If you are a company paying for a student to attend, please email us as we provide a Pro forma invoice if required, we are happy for the tutor to contact you directly to charge the full amount so you do not have to pay in two payments (please note this is only available for company bookings). We can arrange this for you on request.

The exam is held on the last day of your course. There is a £160 (ITEC exam and admin fee) that you will be charged by your massage tutor -this is an ITEC fee, which is set by ITEC and the same for all schools you take this exam with.

It is important to know you are in safe hands now, on your training days and when your course has finished. You will receive excellent aftercare and help and advice from your tutor when needed.

We give you this option as many students do not wish to pay in full for their course straight away as they have limited funds, so often this can allow you if you book in advance to only pay the deposit and then pay the balance later, allowing you to budget.

You can pay the balance straight away if you wish or up to 21 days before your course starts, giving you time to budget if needed. This means you can book a course on our site in January for example, that is not starting until June and you would not need to pay the balance until May if you wanted to take advantage of the instalment payments.

Once you have paid your deposit, you can pay the balance in full or the final course fee can be paid in 3 affordable instalments if required and the tutor will send you information for this with their booking confirmation.
