This is a professional Spa training course use of detoxifying and inch loss products, suitable for therapists and for salons where there are no shower facilities available. The products are easy to use and very popular with clients.
During this popular training day you will study- Body Brushing, Body Exfoliation and Body Wrapping using body bandages and full body wrapping using foil blankets.
Wraps work differently depending on which product is added to the skin first, also whether it is a dry wrap and how much insulation is added. We cover both methods in the manual in depth.
No case studies are required - no written exams, certificate given on the day on completion of a successful practical assessment with your tutor.
We have many venues and dates on offer in London and all around the UK including Ireland.
If you feel one day is not enough training, you are able to come back to repeat the course again free of charge. However due to small classes this is rare but available if required.
This course holds between 5 - 13 CPD points (all professional bodies are different please check with the one you are registered with for confirmation of points they award for one day courses)
Our treatments are based on application of the chosen product to the client’s skin and the client being wrapped in insulated wraps to induce warm, relaxation and to stimulate the body’s natural processes.

Using the gentle massaging action of a dry natural sisal brush is an easy and inexpensive way of stimulating the circulation and lymphatic system, helping to eliminate toxins from the client’s body. The elimination process of the body can become more effective, not only improving the appearance of their skin but also giving general health benefits - such as improved blood circulation and immune system, improving the appearance of cellulite and reduces water retention leaving the skin firmer and smoother. Dry Body brushing is often done in spas as part of detoxification and slimming treatments.
These are used to remove dead cells from the surface of the skin and stimulates the blood and lymph circulation in the area that has been treated. Exfoliation stimulates the flow of blood to the surface of the skin and the products applied to the skin after exfoliation are easily absorbed in the dermal layers. Fine abrasive materials can be massaged over the surface of the skin to remove the hardened rougher layer of the skin and this will also remove any excess cells that have not been removed by the cleansing.
This is like giving the back a full facial, demonstration will include the use of cleansers, exfoliators, steam, toners, masks, massage and a deep cleansing mask and application of hydrating lotions over the back, students will then work on each other.
The exfoliation should be carried out on a weekly basis to brighten up the complexion and refine the skin texture and can be extended to cover the whole body, offering repeat business.
A popular treatment at most Salons and Spas. There are many types of spa body wrap treatments used for a variety of reasons, helping clients to tone, soften the skin and remove toxins, excess inches and water in the body. Usually made from a combination of natural minerals and herbs. The benefits are noticed right away and offer you repeat business.

Our beauty courses offer the opportunity to train in the technical aspects of application of the materials required for your chosen course, without losing valuable practical time trying to sell you products. We show you how to effectively use the product to achieve fantastic results, that will build your client list and your business.
Our certification is not brand specific. In some cases you insurance may be invalid if you train with a branded product detailed on your training certificate and you then change to another brand. Some of the beauty courses have kits available to buy on the day enabling you to continue to build your confidence and skills immediately upon your return home.
Your tutor will advise you if a kit is available for your course, when confirming your booking. Some kits may require payment in advance and other may be available for purchase on the training day.
