Therapy insurance information will be given to you on the day of your training. This means you are able to use the therapy you have learnt professionally and charge the general public.
We work along side insurance companies and can offer a great discount if you require new insurance or you are thinking of changing to a new company - the tutor will be happy to give you this information on the day of your training.
You need to check your qualifications are accepted first.
Many courses are available for complete beginners without any previous experience - all course pages will let you know what requirements they have. If however you are looking to attend one of our advanced courses (hot stone, pregnancy massage, MLD etc) please check to make sure you have the right qualifications first - all questions regarding what is required will be covered in full.

If you are a salon, college, spa or hotel requiring in-house training please email us as we can organise a trainer to come to you with 4 or more students.
Give us as much information as you can with regards to your requirements and we will be happy to help.
Our courses are fully recognised and accredited making them fully insurable for the therapist to use professionally.

We only sell these to students who have completed and passed our courses, they are not on our site for general sale.
If you would like to purchase a DVD and have completed one of our massage courses please email us so we can pass your information onto the lady who looks after these so she can help you with the ones you need.
If you are looking to join a course at the last minute, you can a day or the night before (up to 8pm) the course start date as all bookings are sent direct to the tutor from our web site. So long as there are places showing available for your chosen course on our site, then you are welcome to book last minute if you wish to do so. You are able to pay the balance to the tutor on the day by cash or cheque for last minute bookings ONLY.

Please note before you contact us by email, please visit our Frequently Asked Questions page as most of your questions will be covered in full for you there - thank you.
If you have booked a course with us and you have not received your confirmation from your tutor (this is sent around 3 working days after your booking or before if you course is due sooner) please check your junk and delete bin as often they can end up there.
If you cannot locate it please email you tutor and not us this is because they will need to send you a duplicate which comes from them rather than us
Your tutors contact details can be found in your web site confirmation email you were sent when you booked with us, there is a link that takes you to your tutors information with their email and phone contact details.
You should find everything you need there, if not please use the 'Ask a Question' green tab to the top left of this page (please scroll up) and fill out our enquiry form with any questions you may have.
We will be happy to help - Please note our head office is closed over the weekends so any emails sent on Saturday or a Sunday will be replied to by Tuesday at the latest, however the web site is always available for bookings!
If you book over the weekend the booking will go direct to your tutor, who will be in touch with you within 48 hours or sooner if you book a course for the following day.

You do not need a Worldpay or a Pay Pal account to book a course with us and pay your deposit - You just need a credit or Debit card to secure your place they accept these without you needing an account.
You can book a course on our web site 24 hours a day including weekends, your booking will go direct to the course tutor who will confirm your booking.
