Karen was brilliant and set me at ease very quickly - I had been nervous on arrival. She explained what we were going to cover across the day and I found her very easy to listen to. Her calm confidence drew me in and I realised that was how I wanted to feel, too. I was greatly encouraged by Karen's comments and observations as we progressed with the training, and felt by the end of the course that I really *could* do this. I had always thought I might be able to, but the external training and validation (and certificate) were just what I needed. Thank you so much, Karen!
