Do you offer Payment Instalments?

Yes - Payment Instalments Are Available on Course Balances, to help you budget within the time frame required - your tutor will send you full details.


Not had your Course Confirmation from the Tutor?

If you have booked a course with us and you have not received your confirmation from your tutor (this is sent around 3 working days after your booking or before if you course is due sooner) please check your junk and delete bin as often they can end up there.

If you cannot locate it please email you tutor and not us this is because they will need to send you a duplicate which comes from them rather than us - thank you

Contact details for your tutor will be in the confirmation email you received from the web site when you booked.


What can I do if a course is fully booked that I would like to attend?

Information on how to get on the waiting list incase anyone drops out:

The best and the quickest way you will be able to attend if someone cancels is to book onto the next date available that you can make and when filling out your details, there is a note box section within the booking form. You can request here that you can be moved to the earlier date if there are any cancellations so you can be prioritised and contacted if we have anyone drop out.

This way you do not miss out on the next date and if we get an earlier cancellation the tutor can contact you straight away to offer to move you to an earlier date as sometimes people cancel due to illness or they have to work etc.

However if you cannot make any of the other dates showing available please contact us as sometimes the tutor if the demand is there can put on an extra date.


Do I need to bring a model with me?

No you do not need to bring a model with you as you will work with another student on the day so there is no need to bring a model with you and for many courses like beauty courses a dummies head is also provided. If however you prefer not to be worked on (if you have a medical condition) you are able to bring a model with you but this needs to be arranged with the tutor direct once you have booked your course.


Are You a Salon, College, Spa or Hotel and Require in-house Training?

If you are a salon, college, spa or hotel requiring in-house training please email us as we can organise a trainer to come to you (depending where you are based) with around 4 - 6 students.


Discounts can be given when booking more than 6 students

Give us as much information as you can with regard to your requirements and we will be happy to help.

Alternatively you can email us direct if you wish to cancel a course, please put in the subject line - course cancellation and let us know which course you wish to cancel, the venue you have booked and the course date.

We also require your full name, the best email to reach you on and your contact telephone number - thank you. We will then get back to you with regard to your request.


You want to attend one of our advanced massage courses and you are not sure your qualification/s will be accepted?

Important Note!

Please note we cannot check your qualification for you, please do not email them to us for checking.

Why? This is because we do not work with the insurance companies who need to confirm if they can be accepted or not. However the accrediting bodies who are independently set up work with them but as they are not connected with us you would have to gain this confirmation from them direct we cannot sadly help you with this process.

Many courses are available for complete beginners without any previous experience - all course pages will let you know what requirements they have. If however you are looking to attend one of our advanced courses (hot stone, pregnancy massage, MLD etc) please check to make sure you have the right qualifications first - all questions regarding what is required will be covered in full.

Can I Book a Course Last Minute?

If you are looking to join a course at the last minute, you can a day or the night before (up to 8pm) the course start date as all bookings are sent direct to the tutor from our web site.

So long as there are places showing available for your chosen course on our site, then you are welcome to book last minute if you wish to do so.

All places showing on the web site against each date are updated in real time as a student books so they are always up to date.
