This is our new wonderful venue in Sherborne Somerset which our students love, it is only a 2 minute walk from the train station, which is the direct London to Exeter line.

The students who used to come to our venue in Yeovil love this new location as it is close to Yeovil and yet closer to a train station so it is accessible from more locations and even if you are in London you can easily reach Sherborne by train too!

We offer our one day massage, beauty and spiritual courses at this venue as well as our ITEC Holistic Massage.

Sherborne is a beautiful, historic and affluent market town in North West Dorset, in the South West of England.

It is sited on the River Yeo, on the edge of the Blackmore Vale, just 6 miles East of Yeovil. The A30 road, which connects London to Penzance runs through the town.

Sherborne has many medieval and Georgian buildings. Sherborne’s historic buildings include Sherborne Abbey, its Manor House, Independent Schools and two Castles: the ruins of a 12th century palace and a 16th century mansion known as Sherborne Castle, built by Sir Walter Raleigh.

Close to Yeovil in Dorset and yet near the Southern Boundary of Somerset, approx 140 miles from London, 45 miles south of Bristol and 35 miles from Taunton.

The venue is ideally situated for those travelling from Cornwall & Devon, Bristol & Bath area, and Wales. Situated off the A30 and also close to the A37, which also makes it a convenient location from Bournemouth too and the surrounding Dorset area.

The venue has free parking directly outside.

How to Find the Venue

Directions, public transport and car parking information

By Car

From Devon & Cornwall – Take Exeter A30/A303 route, take the A3088 heading towards Yeovil and follow the signs from Yeovil to Sherborne. Alternatively, take M5, turning off at Junction 25 onto A358, join the A303 following signs to Yeovil, then follow the signs to Sherborne.

From London - Take M3 West, turning off onto A303 signposted Exeter. Exit A303 at Wincanton following signposts to Sherborne. Join the B3145 to final destination.

From Bristol – Take A37 to Canard’s Grave, join the A371  to Wincanton and join the B3145 to Sherborne.

From London/A303.  Take A303 west towards Exeter, Exit A303 at Wincanton following signposts to Sherborne. Join the B3145 to final destination.

From Taunton/M5.  Exit M5 at Junction 25, take A358 to Illminster, then A303 towards London. Take the A3088 road signposted Yeovil, then follow the signs to Sherborne.

From Dorchester. Take the B3147 north from Dorchester towards Yeovil. At the BP garage in Dorchester turn right following signposts to Sherborne, Join the A352 at Middlemarsh then continue to follow the signs to Sherborne.   

By Train

The nearest station is Sherborne railway station, which is on the West of England main line from London Waterloo. The training centre is within 2 minutes walking distance of the train station.

You can obtain directions from anywhere in the country and abroad to the venue at www.multimap.co.uk (or .com if abroad). This website also shows maps of the local area, if you do not have one. The tutor will be happy to advise and help with regard to your travel and on local places to stay if required once you have booked.

The venue has free parking directly outside.

IMPORTANT NOTE

Further information about your venue

The reason why we do not give out the full address of the venue is because in the past sometimes students have turned up on the day hoping to join a class which is not possible. A deposit payment has to be taken first to secure your booking & wasted journeys are now avoided by us giving out full address details after a booking has been taken!

When you book online, after your deposit payment has been taken you will receive an email from our web site with a link giving you all the course tutor and venue details. You are able to print out the venue address or make a note for your reference. For those paying over the web site, you will be sent the full address of the venue and directions after your booking & your deposit has been taken. The tutor will be in touch with all the information you will need.

We do however include a link to Google maps so you can easily see where the venue is located, you are secure in the knowledge we book 200 - 300 students each week on our courses for many many years and you are in good hands. The tutor once you book will give you all the details you need so you can easily find the venue, full directions and they are also on hand if you have any other questions before your course start date.
