Our courses are fully recognised and accredited making them fully insurable for the therapist to use professionally.
Please note we cannot check your qualification for you, please do not email them to us for checking.
Why? This is because we do not work with the insurance companies who need to confirm if they can be accepted or not. However the accrediting bodies who are independently set up work with them but as they are not connected with us you would have to gain this confirmation from them direct we cannot sadly help you with this process.
Many courses are available for complete beginners without any previous experience - all course pages will let you know what requirements they have. If however you are looking to attend one of our advanced courses (hot stone, pregnancy massage, MLD etc) please check to make sure you have the right qualifications first - all questions regarding what is required will be covered in full.
The best and the quickest way you will be able to attend if someone cancels is to book onto the next date available that you can make and when filling out your details, there is a note box section within the booking form. You can request here that you can be moved to the earlier date if there are any cancellations so you can be prioritised and contacted if we have anyone drop out.
This way you do not miss out on the next date and if we get an earlier cancellation the tutor can contact you straight away to offer to move you to an earlier date as sometimes people cancel due to illness or they have to work etc.
However if you cannot make any of the other dates showing available please contact us as sometimes the tutor if the demand is there can put on an extra date.

If you wish to cancel a course you have booked with us, please use this link to be taken to our formal cancellation form. Please fill this out, scan and send as an attachment and return to: email@example.com.

With a heavy heart we are closing Gateway on Friday 20th March at 5pm, temporarily until further notice. We very much hope to re-open again in May, so students can still book courses on the website for later dates and if those don’t go ahead for any reason (due to the coronavirus) then we can transfer you again if anyone needs to.
IMPORTANT - ALL students can now choose any date they want to when transferring (not just June or July) to minimise stress when you transfer so you have plenty of choice. We want to thank you for all of your loyalty as I know many of you still wanted to attend our classes but we feel this is now the right thing to do, to keep everyone safe.
