Tina was lovely, very welcoming and put me at ease right away. I felt confident enough to carry out the treatment under her supervision without any pressure. I felt I could ask any questions as she was very approachable. Her knowledge of the industry was vast and I felt I was being taught by someone who definitely knew what they were doing. Claire was the perfect tutor, was able to answer all my questions I felt at ease being taught by Claire. I feel confident in being able to apply what I have been taught to the general public.I have also booked a second course with Claire for single lash extentions. Gateway appeared to be the most professional. The certificates are non branded allowing you to decide which brand you really want to use.Alot of other training venues had bad reviews from unhappy clients also there was no hidden prices or expensive kits unlike most other training schools/academys.

I found Tina to be very friendly and welcoming whilst maintaining a very professional manner. She demonstrated the techniques thoroughly and I didn't feel rushed. She also imparted information on products and talked us through the prices and various brands available to us whilst recommending a few to us to get started with which was extremely helpful. The group was small (only 3 of us) but knowing that the maximum would have only been 6x makes for an easier learning environment and more one on one time with the tutor. I will definitely be booking onto another Gateway course in the future.

It was considerably cheaper than some of the other courses but with the same qualification and outcome at the end. I also liked that the class sizes are small and that the course was not brand-specific enabling us to mix & match our products.
