Ellen was the perfect tutor. Informative, friendly, relaxed and doesn't "lecture" you or speak to you like a child as some tutors can. I thoroughly enjoyed my day and learned quickly and easily without feeling pressurised or nervous because of the atmosphere Ellen created .
