This is my second course with Cathy. She is such a brilliant teacher, she was so passionate and enthusiastic about the subject and she knows a lot about it too. Cathy is very approachable and kind and I would definitely consider doing more courses with her in the future.

I purchased the Deep Tissue Massage DVD & found it very helpful, as by the time I practised I'd forgotten quite a few things. It is good to have the DVD to look at to remind myself.
