Cathy was very warm and welcoming which made us all feel relaxed. She managed to maintain the flow of the workshop at just the right pace. Cathy clearly had an outstanding knowledge of her topic and I found her interesting to talk to. Personally I would have been interested in learning more about the benefits of each of the movements, simply to have a more in depth overview and perhaps the physiological effects of the pressure points.

I find the manuals easy to follow so when I get home I can read through again and remember what I am supposed to do. The DVD is a great add-on to each course.
