The DVD's are a huge benefit, there is a lot to remember and the DVD's help to remember the routine and also to refer back to at a later to make sure you haven't missed anything.

Max is a great tutor, she made everyone feel very welcome and relaxed. She explained the important aspects of the handouts, but didn't waste time going through the bits that we could read independently afterwards. She demonstrated each technique for the IHM routine and ensured that every participant felt confident before moving on. I would certainly recommend the course with Max to others.
