I practised the day after the course, whilst it was still fresh in my mind. However, I did get in a bit of a muddle flicking between the manual and the dvd. It would have been useful to have the diagrams completely in sequence to how we were taught, as the routine that Jacqui showed us flowed really well. I will email Jacqui direct to confirm the places where the "extra" movements could be slotted in. Also the dvd clearly shows effleurage going right over the shoulder/rotator cuff and sweeping back down. Where as we were taught to stop at the scapular (due to GB21). Also dvd shows foot routine, where as we were told to leave the foot completely alone. Confused.com!!
