Fairly easy, though as you admit, the large volumes of information make going through the website more laborious, taking the pleasure somewhat out of the experience. Whilst I appreciate your assistance in providing valuable information, perhaps it would be more helpful to make such information available on specific pages relating to each topic discussed.

The course was well structured, with a good balance of theoretical and practical components. The subject matter itself, was interesting to learn, and the massage routine, with its various new massage strokes was such that I very much look forward to using. Because the class was a small group of three, it enabled each of us to get one on one training, and it allowed the class to flow more effortlessly. The manual provided useful diagrams and information, and would serve as a good guide for future reference. It was good to receive an industry recognised certificate immediately at the end of the course.

Claire was always professional, approachable and relaxed throughout the course. She is clearly knowledgeable in her subject matter, and always provided clear and helpful demonstrations of various techniques we were to use. She taught the class at a relaxed, unhurried pace, and was always open to answering our questions on massage and related subjects. Unsurprisingly, her technique was also a pleasure to experience when she demonstrated massage strokes on each of us. It was good that she had also experienced pregnancy and massage during her pregnancy, so she could give firsthand experience of what our potential clients may go through, and the benefits of this particular massage. She was friendly, down to earth and encouraging, which makes learning so much more easy. She was also supportive and adaptable to the different needs of each of the learners.

Clean, warm and comfortable. It was good that there were kitchen facilities. It was a bit of an inconveniece being quite a distance from any places to purchase lunch / refreshments. Admittedly, however, Claire had advised me prior to coming on the course and had suggested my bringing a packed lunch. It was a nice gesture that she had also provided some refreshments.
