Yes I found the website easy to access and find out all the information I needed before the course started.

2. Where did you hear about us?

Well I have done courses through Gateway with Maine Fone and Sarah Shears and now with Jan Wosley, so I knew of the courses available, plus I get FHT magazines so often which has it in them.

3. What course did you attend and what feedback would you like to leave?

I attended the Hot and cold stone massage course up at Tottenham court road. Found the course covered all the areas we needed to know about as we are all aready trained therapists. Good practical skills practiced, covering the hole body and how to deal with equipment for such as treatment.

Jan was very good and proffessional in how she came across and explained what is best practice. Demonstrations were good and she went over things just to make sure we understood what she said the first time. All good.

The venue was good, as there was alot of space to move about in, and I think it was in a quiet part of London off the main road, where you could not be destracted by everyday noise when trying to learn something new.

7. Did the course you attended live up to expectation? Would you consider attending another course with us, if not tell us why.

Yes I think the course was what I was expecting and was happy with it. I have booked another course which is coming up in May, again with Maxine Fone.

8. What made you decide to book with Gateway?

Well the courses run on weekends as I work shift work, and I can pick and choose what day's are more convient for me, as I work also weekends so it would not be always available for me to do a course. I have also done previous courses with Gateway, so I know what to expect from the staff who do the training.

9. Did you get confirmation of the course you booked from your tutor by email, within 3 days of booking?

Was the tutor easy to contact before and after your course if needed?

Yes I did get a confirmation email from Jan after I paid the deposit and a few more emails leading up to the course, with regards to requirements and what to bring and contraindications for the course so we are aware. Yes I did call Jan twice before the course started just to confirrm some details.

Some manuals include simple hand drawings - we are sometimes asked why did we not provide photos instead?

We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.

I found the manuals were good with diagrams and how to do each technique was also quite good just to refer to if you need to as and wen you may forget a technique or forgot something.

I find the Gateway website extremely easy to use and am always interested by the wealth of information there is on there.

I took a hot stone massage course with you a couple of years ago.

I attended the Manual Lymphatic Drainage course in Welwyn with Kim Geeves. I found the course well presented and taught at a good pace. The tutor was obviously experieced and enjoyed the work she did. Kim was very helpful when asked a variety of different questions about the subject.

The venue was Welwyn Garden City, although I believe this isn't going to be a Gateway venue for much longer. It was easy to find and there was a good amount of parking nearby. The room itself was spacious but quite cold on that day.

7. Did the course you attended live up to expectation? Would you consider attending another course with us, if not tell us why.

I was very impressed with the course and was able to go away and use it. I have already booked 3 more courses with Gateway this year and would not hesitate to recommend your company to other therapists.

I really like Gateway because the courses are well thought out, well taught and easy to understand and get to grips with straight away.

Yes to both of these questions. The emails are also very informative and again give a high level of information should you not know the area you've booked the course in.

Our tutor was a lot of fun,but also very informative.She was very clear with her instructions and I felt I had come away with a good understanding of what Indian Head Massage was about,especially on a pratical level.

The venue was The reCentre in Balham.It was very clean, spacious, bright and perfect for the course.The chairs were very uncomfortable though.
