I found the web site easy to navigate, each course has all the information needed and a full list of course times and venues.

2. Where did you hear about us?

I did a google search as I wanted to do a gel course and found the Gateway website.

3. What course did you attend and what feedback would you like to leave?

I did a uv gel course. The venue was in an actual running salon. There were only 2 students in total so it was nice and personal with one on one tuition. Cosidering it was one day I learnt a lot and feel confident to go out and do peoples nails. The manual that you take away is a good reference guide.

My tutor was Claire Marshall who was lovely. She went through everything slowly, nothing was rushed, she answered all of our questions and gave us lots of advice and tips.

The venue was a bit far for me to travel but I can honestly say I would travel that distance again to do another course with this tutor. Claire was very patient and made sure we knew what we were doing at each point. I had a great day and thoroughly enjoyed myself.

The venue was in a running salon. The directions given to me in an email were good and I found the venue relatively easily considering I didn't know the area at all. The venue was Beau Monde Beaty Rooms in Billericay and the training room was a good size and we used products that Claire used herself. There was parking available outside and shops near by to get food etc.

The whole course exceeded my expectations. I couldn't help but think that I couldn't possibly learn everything that I needed to know in one day. But as I said there were only 2 students so it was literally one on one tuition. I am definately going to book other courses, I already have a list of courses that I would like to attend.

I decided to book with Gateway after checking out the reviews and reading through the website thoroughly. I was impressed by the reviews and of course the price was very affordable, also the fact that it was one day that meant that I only had to juggle things for one day and not several. I also like that you get your certificate quickly.

I got my booking confirmation through quickly and I paid via a bank transfer which was quick and easy. The email although lenghthy did contain everything I needed to know, how to pay and information that I needed to send back to Claire.

The manual I was given is good and contains all the information that I need, although I was told that I would be receiving an updated manual soon that would have more pictures to follow.

There is not a dvd available for this course which I was a little disappointed about. The manual is good but it would have been nice to have a visual reminder of the different steps as well. I would have liked a dvd going through step by step each of the nail gel types. For example a french gel with extension from start to finish and a gel polish from start to finish. I also would have liked to purchase a small kit so that I could go and practice straight away. I left the course feeling very inspired it would have been great to take away a small kit with everything in it that you used that day.

Your website is relatively easy to use, I found it hard to find my shopping basket after I picked a course and decided to go back looking into other courses and check dates without having to add a course and remove it from my shopping basket. Otherwise, It is fairly easy to use

Joanne was very attentive to each student and knew our names all day even though we only introduced ourselves once, which I thought was a nice touch. Joanne was very positive and down to earth and happy to answer any questions we had.

Venue was roomy and bright, ideal for the course, It was very easy to find and had plenty of parking around it.
