Sarah is a very competent teacher. She makes the courses clear, thorough, fun and informative. She is very approachable and easy to get along with. I very much enjoyed the course which was well organised and focussed. I found the DVD a very useful reminder of the course and the booklet very comprehensive.

The tutor was brilliant - I felt totally confident to do seated acupressure following the day course. It was interesting and informative.

I shall certainly be going on further courses with the same tutor and hope to learn Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage. It went beyond my expectations because so much was covered in one day.

I have just completed your seated acupressure course today ( 04/05/08) with your tutor Sarah Shears at the Natural Health and Fitness Centre in Eastbourne. The course was excellent.
