I attended the Hot Stones course in August and it was only 2 of us on the course. Karen was our tutor and I had a really enjoyable day learning how to carry out the hot and cold stone massage therapy. We were able to practice on each other and Karen was very hands-on, which helped me to understand the different aspects of working with the stones. Karen also does Bamboo massage training (and she gave us a quick taster of some of the bamboo movements), suffice to say, I will definitely be back to Karen for the Bamboo massage course.
