Kim was very friendly and made you feel at ease. Her instructions were easy to follow and she didn't make you feel awkward if you got something wrong. Very nice lady.

Some manuals include simple hand drawings - we are sometimes asked why did we not provide photos instead?

We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.

The manual is very good to foloow. It is easy to forget what you've done so is very useful.

Tutor was lovely pointing out useful tips, went through manual and alot of hands on work until she felt confident in me.

Venue was a lovely chapel in a quiet village, even though it was a two hour drive to get to I will be enrolling on more courses in this location.

The course was brilliant. I found the small group ideal as we had lots of the tutors time. There was a lot of information to digest but it was done in a fun and hands on way which helped me to retain it.

Cathy was absolutely lovely. She made me feel right at home straight away. She was very professional and easy to talk to. She was a very good tutor and we had so much of her attention. I would definately book a course run by her again.

I attended the Sundial, St James Street, Brighton. It was a lovely venue and very easy to get to.
