Rhian has such an amazing energy about her, she was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. Her delivery of the course was at a pace that was easy to follow and take on board and she was very clear with instructions on how to carry out the treatments. Her venue was gorgeous and well maintained, you can clearly see she takes pride in her work. She provided drinks and snacks for us throughout the day. A very comprehensive course. It was fast paced, but Olivia was very good at explaining and demonstrating the technique required. she was also able to give us useful tips and information regarding the business aspect of the beauty industry.
