A warm an d reassuring welcome on arrival. Sue was so knowledgeable and clearly passionate about her field of work. She was very responsive to the needs of the group and paced the day so that nothing felt rushed yet much was covered. Sue took time to answer questions. I left feeling ready and confident to embark on leading a meditation group.

Monica was a very good tutor. She gave each students equal time and allowed everyone to express themselves. She guided and directed us and having clearly identify our level of experience in meditation make sure she filled in the blanks whenever someone would talk about a meditation we were not familiar with. She also recall what each student mentioned at the start of the day and used it throughout the day. There was good exchange between students and tutor. She gave us some very good ideas for meditation and also some good tips. And when we did the practice run she demonstrate what we could add on to the meditation. She gave a very good feedback following each meditation and although we were all quite nervous before the practice run she put us at ease.
