Meditation. I enjoyed the day it was informal, enjoyable and informative. Got to practice doing and leading meditations. Left feeling confident that I could do it alone.

Sue really looked after me both leading up to and during the course. The rooms were clean and warm (after a while, I was suffering with a cold so really felt the cold that day. She has a lovely manner, I felt cofortable to be myself and ask questions throughout
