Beth is a very professional and approachable tutor with a vast knowledge and experience which she brought to the training. Her delivery and pacing was appropriate, she took time to explain and ascertain our understanding, regularly checking in to see if we had any questions yet the delivery was well paced. We covered all outcomes and were able to interact with other students. I felt comfortable to ask questions and gain insight from other students without detracting from the course content. I felt that the delivery of theory and practical was well balanced.
