We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.

This is my 2nd course with Cathy, she has a very calming influence, very knowledgeable, and nothing is too much trouble, if you can't quite "grasp" a technique.

Purus Health, wonderful old building just behind Covent Garden, enough room to hold 6 students comfortably.

It wasn't what I imagined it to be, I had no idea what it could be when I booked the course, but as I said it was very interesting and I thoroughly enjoyed the day. Yes I would attend another course, I have 2 coming up in the Summer

Yes I got the confirmation email within 3 days. The tutor answered within a day or so, I assume as this was because she was busy with teaching etc

I have done several courses with Cathy and she is always patient good fun and professional.She makes the day interesting and certainly looks after us with numerous drinks and biscuits!
