I enjoyed the day, the atmosphere was relaxed and friendly. Ellen was thorough and covered information and demonstrations effectively

Ellen was very friendly and informative, nothing was a bother to explain (several times!) The pace was good and everything was covered effectively

The venue was really good. It was good to leasrn in a salon setting with all materials provided. The room was light and airy, and at the right temprature.

I think the courses offered are already comprhensive.

I have already booked to do Hopi Ear Candling

It was very intensive, but with the clear demonstrations I felt I would be able to do all the moves properly after practice.

Maybe over two days for beginners!

I felt the case studies on previous course to be helpful in keeping me focused on regular practice.

The website was professional and I wnated to add to therapies already learned. The classes were limited to six people

It was a great course, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful tutor. The other course members were nice and friendly too and the venue was fabulous. The course was well planned, easy to follow instructions and the manual is very comprehensive.

Sarah Shears is friendly, approachable, helpful and knowledgable.

The Natural Fitness Centre in Eastbourne.

It was a fabulous venue and I had a wonderful view of the sea from where I stood. We had a good sized well equipped work area with access to toilets and kitchen facilities.

10. What other courses would you like us to offer?

Some kind of Shiatsu course, but I know a proper certifed course takes years to complete - so maybe a beginners level one or something.

Yes I am planning to return to the same venue for another course next year.

Yes, well really it exceeded my expectations.

Nothing to the courses but payment options (eg spreading the remaining costs over time before the course, obviously if booked months in advance)

Yes definately.

Favourably - it was well structured and a good tutor.

Already had knowledge of Gateway from previous courses.

Yes.

18. Do you like the fact that we only take small classes for individual attention - did it help with you learning the techniques?

Yes it is good that the groups are kept small, as it does ensure that the tutor has time for everyone. Not sure if the class size itself helped with learning the techniques but did provide a comfortable and close, friendly learning environment. Made it pleasant, not impersonal.

It was fabulous! Jane was very friendly and explained things well, there was plenty of practical hands on work which I think is the best way to learn.

Jane was great, I found her friendly and relaxed approach put me at ease and she was very good at explaining what to do and why. She has also been a help by e mail when I've asked her extra questions.

Feedback: I loved the day. Marc is a very good teacher with a calm and straightforward manner. I felt very relaxed and that's a good mood to be in to learn. The course was very good and the small class meant that Marc could give each one of us indivaidual help. I came away looking forward to to doing another course with Marc. The massage technique we learnt is very good and Iwas very impressed with the effect it had on our faces!!!
