Yes the website is easy to use. It helps having the drop down menu bar.

I did a waxing course a few years ago and found you through google.

I attended the eyelash extension course. It is a brilliant course, Helen the tutor explained everything really well and made me feel really welcome and relaxed. I will definitely be doing another course with you in the future.

Helen is fantastic, she is very informative and helpful. Helen made me feel at ease when i was doing the practical part of the course.

The venue was the Welwyn Garden City one. It was very relaxing and homely. It helped me feel relaxed.

Yes it definitely lived up to my expectations, i thought it was going to be really hard but with Helen helping and talking us through it was good. Yes i will be attending another course in the future.

I liked the fact that there is only 6 to a class, so you feel like you get more one to one support, also the prices are really good.

Yes i got a conformation email within 3 days. I did have to contact Helen but she was on holiday but Helen contacted me as soon as she was back which i thought was really good.

Yes the manuals are really helpful, i only attended my course yesterday and i have read the manual twice already. The drawings are better being basic than rather detailed as they can look confusing if too much is on one page.

Very easy no problem at all. everything you needed to know.

internet, its mine and my daughters second course with you. The first being a waxing course, we was looking for one that was near to were we live,as its just round the corner it was perfect.

Helen was great easy to get on with, and myself and my daughter look forward to doing more courses with her. She explained things really well,and we had a lovely day.

Very nice, clean and easy to find, we went at the weekend so we could park outside. when we went on the first course it was a week day, but found parking easily.

Yes it did. Helen was very good in explaining about practicing. Its not as easy as I thought it would be, but she said with lots of practic it will be easier, and I know this after doning yhe waxing course. Practice makes perfect,so th sayng goes. Would deffinataly do another one with Helen.

Helen wow 100%- good sense of humor, relaxed, informative, conscientious - you just knew she knew what she was talking about !!! very confident backed up both factually and practical demonstration - easily related to all members of the group and her passion shone through would definitely recommend and will use again

Venue - 10/10 clean tidy good temperature - reflected Helens professionalism. Easy to get to and free parking . . . what more could you ask for !!!
