She was an amazing tutor, very thorough and very knowledgeable. We were amazed on how much work we managed to get through and came away with a mountain of helpful hints and ideas on how to implement the things that we had learned within our salon environment. Rhian is a lovely person who made the course fun and we enjoyed the day at her premises. Some manuals include simple hand drawings - we are sometimes asked why did we not provide photos instead?

We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.
