Sue was very welcoming and supportive. She is a very knowledgeable lady who was more than happy to answer any questions and she spent a lot of time going over practical skills to ensure we were comfortable with the techniques and confident using them. I have thoroughly enjoyed my 2 days working under Sue's expert eye.

The venue for this course (in Manchester) was very easy to find, there was parking right outside the building and the size & layout of the premises was ideal for delivery of the required theory and practical elements.

7. Did the course you attended live up to expectation? Would you consider attending another course with us, if not tell us why.

The Level 1 & 2 Thai body massage courses were very thorough and highly informative. There was plenty of time to practice techniques until we were comfortable with them and I left feeling confident in my ability to provide good treatments for clients. The 2 days were exactly what I hoped they would be. I feel they were very good value for money and I would definitely consider attending another course in the future.

8. What made you decide to book with Gateway?

Price was obviously a major consideration, but also the fact that both levels of the course could be undertaken on consecutive days and the detail provided on the courses etc on the website.

9. Did you get confirmation of the course you booked from your tutor by email, within 3 days of booking?

Was the tutor easy to contact before and after your course if needed?

Yes. Sue was very quick responding to my booking and provided a couple of options of ways in which to contact her.

11. Did you find our manuals useful?

Some manuals include simple hand drawings - we are sometimes asked why did we not provide photos instead?

We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.

Manuals were very useful both as a course accompaniment and as a reference tool afterwards. The use of photographs and diagrams for all techniques was very helpful and they were easy to follow.
