We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.

Sue Cross was such a good, warm and highly professional teacher. Her skill in meditation were excellent and I have come away knowing so much and the practice I was given I feel I can hold a good few meditation sessions. Well done, Sue!
