Rhian was very patient and helpful, she got straight to the point of what we need to do to make our business successful, which was great! The hand book has been very helpful as well. I really enjoyed the course.

I attended the London w1 venue. It was clean and tidy. No complaints.

The venue was a lot more intimate and cosy then I imagined. As there were only a couple of us at the venue, the course went by really quickly and was certified in no time. I will defiantly consider taking another course.
