Attended Indian Head Massage in July and Beauty Facial in April of this year. Both courses in Paisley with Ellen Keir Well structured courses with plenty of information given both verbally and in workbook form. Liked the propotion on practical work and felt comfortable throughout. A good way to learn. Nice friendly environment. Price of courses were excellant and affordable.

4. Who was your tutor?

Ellen Keir. Ellen is in my opinion a excellant trainer. She is not only very knowledgable and experienced but have a very friendly patient and given manner throughout. In both courses I attended she had a range of experience and abilities present however she was able to match the learning to the needs of all who attended. Nothing is too much trouble and she ensured in both courses that we all left feeling confident and able to complete the therapies. She also offered and provided after course support which was excellant. I would have no hesitation attending another course with Ellen and indeed have already recommended her courses to others. She is an asset to Gateway.

Some manuals include simple hand drawings - we are sometimes asked why did we not provide photos instead?

We found that simple drawings are easier to mark out (directional arrows) which can be lost on photos we appreciate these may look rather basic but it is an added visual tool which we hope you found useful.
